QHNEWS--The International Exhibition Center, as a main site of The 5th Investment and Trade Fair for Eastern Enterprises Participating in Western Structure Adjustment, has been completed the top of the building with an investment of 12 mln Yuan, making the construction of each item in Xing Economic and Technological Development Zone in order.
Though it is still slack season for construction items on Qinghai plateau before March, 26 items has started or resumed building , with a start-building rate of 46.4 percent. 111 mln Yuan of fixed assets has been invested , higher than the same period of last year.
The main plant buildings for medium and small-sized enterprises, with styles of garden and steel structure, have been finished building.
The first phase construction of Xining Baoguang Industry Co. has been finished and been put to use.
The framework of mansion of Qinghai Hatching Appliances Development Co. has been built to the 4th floor and the clinic building of Qinghai Kangle Hospital to the 3rd floor.
The construction of residential buildings developed by Qinghai Dingtai Real Estate Co.Ltd and other companies are picking up speed. Editem (2004-04-19)
