QHNEWS -- Qinghai Province working conference on key project construction was hold in Xining on Mar.23. Among the attendees, there were officials from provincial government and related departments and managers in charge of project construction.
Disposition about the key projects'construction were made in the conference , involving in projects' planning, target and responsibility fulfilling, the investing direction of capital from national debt and provincial budget and the investment of fixed-assets in 2005.
Confirmed by Qinghai Proinvial Committee of CPC (China Communist Party) and Qinghai Provincial Government , the 32 key projects involve in ecological conservation, water conservancy facilities, railway and highway, airdrome, power station, energy source exploitation, education, public health and urban water supply, totalling 66.14 billion Yuan.
For 2005, 11.349 billion-investment is planned to be accomplished . 5 new projects will be strived to start constructing with a total investment of 11.569. Editem (Mar.24, 2005)
