QHNEWS -- By four-year hard work in the construction of the New District of Southern Xining, the district has been explored 7 km with a total investment of 3.5 billion Yuan.
Four years ago, the exploring construction of the present new district started on the vast field. During the four years, 30 km trunk and sub-trunk road and 260 km drainage pipeline have been paved. The accumulative fixed assets has reached up to 2 billion Yuan. People have moved into the living communities in succession.To make people's living in the district convenient and comfortable, infrastructual construction such as supply of water, electricity and gas and communication keeps pace with the house building. The school of the new district welcomed its first batch of students last September.
