QHNEWS！It is reported that 8 foreign experts and intelligent properties that will be introduced into Xining is authorized by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, the P.R. of China.
63,6 million Yuan is invested in the project that it will introduce 9 foreign experts into Xining. Among them, there are 6 international expert organizing articles which involving the agriculture, tourism, environment protection fields. The primary ones are Casein process, fresh cut roses, flowers fresh-keeping, new strawberry category & further processing of it, the management of the enterprises of small or middle size, the operation and sales management of tourism market, and the purification method of the Huangshui River. The money invested in totaled 12 million Yuan and 6 experts are employed and other 2 projects of introducing experts. The program content is the respective cooperation on the system of cleanliness development between Xining, Qinghai and CDM, Bavaria Germany, cooperation on the pollution preventing & curing and the general planning in the next thousand years of the Huangshui River between Xining, Qinghai and the Water Resource Research Institution, Norway with the total investment of 51.6 million Yuan and the employment of 3 experts.
