QHNEWS--Prior to the celebration of the 55th anniversary of founding the nation , a grand ceremony was held on Sept. 26 at Gongboxia (a gorge on the upper reaches of the Yellow River, is located in Xunhua County which is 150 km away from Xining) to celebrate China’s installation capacity of hydropower break 0.1 billion kilowatts/h and the first unit’s putting into power generation at Gongboxia Hydropower Station, which marks China’s installation capacity of hydropower ranking first in the world.
