Qu Qingshan said at the press conference that, with the Sanjiangyuan in China and the world's influence growing, the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee leadership has repeatedly instructed to broaden channels, and tap connotation, in boldface to create good "Sanjiangyuan" brand, and establish a new image of Qinghai. The Qinghai unique nature and the humanities, have bred the Qinghai richly colorful photography resources. In the world scope, Qinghai Province specially is three rivers sources area, by its vast in territory, the local scenery is mysterious, becomes the heaven which photographer and tourists yearned for. Organized Sanjiangyuan International Photography Festival is an important move of opening up our province, Qinghai is to show to the world the image of platform and window and foreign cultural arena is to promote a new form of cultural tourism. As a unique international cultural activities, promote its opening, raising the profile of Qinghai, the integration of resources, boost the development of tourism in Qinghai, a cultural superiority has extensive and far-reaching significance.
