Recently passed the acceptance of "Sanjiangyuan area 'black beach' grassland degradation local survey" shows that Sanjiangyuan area under different grading degradation "black beach" degraded grassland area of 7363.42 hectares, which mildly "black beach" degraded grassland area of 2903.43 hectares, moderate "Black Soil Beach" degraded grassland area of 2539.29 hectares, severe "black beach" degraded grassland area of 1920.7 hectares.

It is learned that the "Sanjiangyuan area 'black beach' local survey of degraded grasslands" project implemented in 2006, the subject completed the Sanjiangyuan County District 16 field investigations for the Sanjiangyuan Area "black beach" grassland degradation of the standards established Sanjiangyuan Area "black beach" degraded grassland geographic information systems, identified Sanjiangyuan Area "black beaches," the distribution, type and size, and in accordance with the "black beaches," the causes of grassland degradation, proposed management measures and governance model.
