No cases of people hunting Tibetan antelopes in the Hoh Xil Nature Reserve in Qinghai province was reported last year.
The reserve's administrative bureau said it carried out 29 anti-hunting drives last year, which had a big effect on efforts to suppress illegal hunting and to protect the rare Tibetan antelopes. The bureau said the antelope population had increased by 60,000 as a result.
